本設(shè)備可提高壓鑄車(chē)間的湯液輸送的效率和安全性，同時(shí)降低工人勞動(dòng)強(qiáng)度、減少人力成本，提高生產(chǎn)效率，改善鋁湯品質(zhì)。同時(shí)可使車(chē)間更加整齊美觀，實(shí)現(xiàn)現(xiàn)代化的壓鑄車(chē)間管理。
軌道式自動(dòng)配湯系統(tǒng)尤適用于高安全要求的鋅、鋁壓鑄車(chē)間。
本設(shè)備作為壓鑄車(chē)間自動(dòng)配湯之用,主要由配湯主機(jī)、型鋼軌道、電控柜、控制線路等四部分組成。
當(dāng)配湯機(jī)收到壓鑄機(jī)邊保溫爐料液不足信號(hào)時(shí),依照先后順序從中央爐取熔湯配送至缺料機(jī)臺(tái)保溫爐。
熔湯配送完成后主機(jī)返回待機(jī)位置,等待下一次的配湯信號(hào)。
本設(shè)備每套可供應(yīng)6-16臺(tái)壓鑄機(jī)保溫爐，全程自動(dòng)化運(yùn)行，工作效率高、工作穩(wěn)定故障率低，可有效降低生產(chǎn)成本，改善車(chē)間環(huán)境。

This equipment is used with automatic casting workshop, it is mainlycomposed of mainframe, steel rail, electric control cabinet, control cir-cuit. when it receives the die holder's heat preservation and the stockliquid insufficient signal,according to the order, from the central fur-nace takes the melt soup to deliver to the missing material machineheat preservation furnace.After the completion of the melt metal dis-tribution, the host will return to the standby position and wait for thenext soup signal.The equipment can supply 6-16 sets of die-castingmachine，insulation furnace,automatic operation,high efficiency,stable work, low failure rate lt can effectively reduce production costs,improve the workshop environment.
